The stirrings of first love of a young woman, gypsy songs, a smiling crocodile, a haiku titled "snoring" are just some of the things that the EYAS ensemble offers you in EYE-2-EYE.

EYAS is a vocal quartet with piano of five musicians, all driven by their passion for chamber music.

Presenting works of Robert Schumann, Johannes Brahms, Liza Lehmann and Tom Cipullo, EYE-2-EYE is as much a concert as a spectacle. It combines tradition and originality, romance and humour, lyricism and drama.

The four vocal soloists sing without score and the staging of director Geneviève Damas brings them eye to eye with the audience.

Helga Van Campenhout (soprano)
